Restoring your purchase

If you bought the Full Game and it shows as locked after a reinstall or moving to a new device, open the world map and tap Restore Purchases. The unlock returns through the App Store account that bought it.

Lost progress

Progress is saved only on your device. Deleting the app deletes that progress, and it cannot be recovered. The Full Game purchase itself is not lost and can be restored at any time.

Anything else

Email hi@hamsterheist.app and include your device model and what happened. A human reads these.

Privacy

Read the privacy policy. The short version: the game collects no data.
